I had the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and product experience with this company. I ordered 2 separate blankets in time for Mother's Day. To ensure that there would be NO errors, I triple checked that I didn't order the same blanket. When my orders came, GUESS WHAT, THE SAME BLANKETS. I tried to contact customer service via email, phone, and chat. And neither option was ANY help. So, now my mother WON'T have her Mother's Day gift. This whole experience was a great DISAPPOINTMENT. The blanket that did arrive was ok. But, I wouldn't advise dealing with a company with such poor customer service skills.
