We paid 25k for night shift babysitter. Initially they sent an experienced lady who was good with the services. After 1 week of time, she started asking for the money, for which we told that money is already paid in advance to curodoc. She was not paid on time by the company so she stopped coming and company was not having any clue. We have to take the pain to inform to them. After lot of call, text and follow up they sent another maid who was very dirty, unhygienic and no experience at all with new born baby. She was sleeping whole night and doesn't even know how to change the pamper or feed the new born baby. Curodoc POC and managers where not all interested in talking to us, though they have tagline of 24x7. On top of that there executive was talking harsh and loud. They told that solution can only be provided after 10AM next day in during office hours. We as a customer are really frustrated and harassed. Since I have paid the amount and there is no return policy even incase of fault from their side, so I have to continue with the services. But will never recommend anyone moving ahead.
