I read the reviews here about them taking deposit and not providing service. But since the sales person looked genuine, I decided to give them a chance.

Boy did I make a mistake. They did respond for a few days after taking my money. But eventually, they just stopped. If you are reading this and you are on the fence about purchasing their service, don't jump over it. Stay inside the fence and listen to your better judgement about not trusting these scammers.

Extremely unsatisfactory. Take advance, share false profile of attendant. The person doesn't report. Customer care very callous. Keep fooling. They should be banned for the kind of negligence which is criminal for elderly dependent parents. After repeatedly ignoring my distress calls they picked up when I called up from another number only to extract money. This company is a scam. I lost my advance payment

Please never trust Curodoc. They are cheaters and thieves. At the time of taking advance they were very nice and polite but the were not able to provide any staff as they don't have any. I'm a cancer patient so I needed a full time nurse for my care but they asked for advance of 11,900 and my daughter paid them but it's been Six weeks now they have not refunded my money. They are absolute fraud SO BEWARE of CURODOC!

I had hired caretakers from this company for my aged father who is mobile so that someone would be with him when I am away during the day. They provide guys who are rude, demand to go out everyday for 1 to 2 hours. They want to eat north Indian nonveg food in a South Indian veg household. The coordinators from the agency don't even check these aspects beforehand, talk down to the family and demand that we make food as per the caretaker's taste and also allow them to roam around.
They make the family pay beforehand and don't refund in case of cessation of service.
Curodoc is not worth the pain.

I paid for attender service bangalore. They are not able to provide service nor refund. No one responds either on whatsup or phone or *******@curodoc. Totally waste of time with arrogant staff. I may now need yo approach consumer forum

Don't ever give them money in advance. I got an attendant for my dad. Requirement was a trained resource with experience of handling terminally ill patients, I got a fresher. I paid complete amount as an advance and they did not replace the person.
Unfortunately in 10 days tie my dad passed away and I asked for refund for the balance days to which the teams replied that they don't have a policy and had an audacity to ask for return of attendant.
Third class company.

This is a fraud company which is out to get your money, please do not pay the 3000 advance that they will demand to get into a contract, the person/care givers are neither trained, and most of the times will never turn up. The company will demand the balance payment even before the services are provided, beware, this is a scam and curodoc.com is nothing but a vishing site. They have no real persons but all imposters

They will ask you to pay in advance for caretaking services but they will not payback to the caretaker person. The caretaker person being salary less stops visiting you in between even if you paid full. These cheaters will make you fool by all means only to get advance payment...Rather go for other agencies. I did mistake not to review Curodoc reviews before hiring and I found lots of many like me are suffering of this fraud company.

The RM Karan took advance from us and promised a caregiver. Ditched us last minute. 15 days now. No response; unreachable. No decency to even refund the amount. We underwent severe hardship, having brought the patient home based onCurodoc's service.

Unprofessional and unreliable service. They were prompt in collecting advance and have become unreachable thereafter. No replies to emails, phone calls and messages. Please look for other service providers who are far better. Do not trust them…ever.

They will give you all fake promises and assurances when starting the service and when there would be a requirement to make any changes they will take a U turn and stop cooperating. I have never had such a painful experience with any service provider.

Please avoid this company if you want to have peaceful time.

Minus rating would also be high for them. They are way below that.

Curodoc Healthcare provides quality services of nurses and attendants at home for patient care, home physiotherapy, elderly care, Newborn baby and medical equipment on rent. Had a great experience with them.

They have a very good website and people to talk smoothly, who will convince you of their services and ask you for money in advance. They are the most unprofessional, unreliable, and totally unqualified people to provide these services. After taking the advance they are least bothered and send unverified people who are not qualified to do the work they don't show up and then when you ask for your advance they do not give your advance.

Staff left early morning without even informing and his phone is also off. Pathetic service. They charge bomb and provide very bad service

A great support team with dedicated nurses and caregivers. They are well trained and experienced. They adequately care for the patient.

These characters a bunch of cheats, they have all policies in their favor, their staff is late, neither do they refund nor do their service manager do anything to make the staff work extra hours. It seems their only job is not take advance and supply staff, rest is all on the customers.

They never provide you with the proper resolution. They only do wrong commitment and then take your money and after that nobody will answer your calls. And most importantly nobody will arrive for your service because after advance payment they will say that services are not available at your area. Very pathetic service.

After using services for 1 month, at Bangalore, paid Rs.******* advance for next 15 days, company never provided any service, senr mails for refund, made calls but no answer on all their numbers, now I am forced to take legal action.

I had taken service for from Curodoc and they promised lot of things and took payment in advance, but attendent worked for 2 days and then left and from curodoc nobody is responding and when I asked for replacement or refund they are responding and came to know they are running fraud company by luring customers and cheating. Please be aware of this company and do not try to get any service from them

24 hours after booking & paying for a simple attendant service in bengaluru, dozens of false promises made but no attendant shows up. And refund will take minimum 14 days while taking money did not take more than 14 minutes. Unreliable & should not be in the medical profession for sure.

I have the whatsapp messages with profiles of the attendants who were suposed to have been on job. One even reached the hospital but could not reach the patient even after 4 hours, imagine reception of the hospital to 4th floor take 4 hours. How will such irresponsible people handle patient responsibility

First of all they fall behind you before giving service... Once you make payment... They delay in providing services stating we are searching and all... And after not providing service they don't refund money too... Worst services and people working... Don't even answer your calls... I request all to not approach them..

I hired the services of an attendent for a period of one month from 22.12.22 to 20.01.23 for my sick mother.They insisted that the money has to paid in advance which I did.
They do not have any attendents on their rolls,they have an arrangement with local vendors.
After taking the money,I had to beg with them everyday for providing the services.
I lost my mother on 1 St of Jan 23 & they hardly provided 5 days services by rotating 4 attendents inbetween.They talk very politely before we pay the advance after that they will put all the blame on stating that "you had not mentioned that the patient has Rice tube"" etc.
I interacted with their Sr Manager Mr Jasvinder Singh,who was very rude while talking & putting all the blame on us.Mr. Karan was the person who initially was interacting with me before the money was paid.
So please be cautious while taking the services.They didn't return the money which I paid in advance & they straight away refused.I paid for one month & the services was taken for only 5 days.Be cautious

I booked them for my dad 53years recovering from a stroke the attender came drunk on the 9th day and was speaking on the call at 2am. And I had paid for the next 15 days too in advance. They asked me for the proff of that guy drunk and spoke rudely to my mother that she had no proff.Especially SONALI she literally told me that I had to record a video of the attender drunk instead of consoling my dad who had lost his voice due
To the stroke. There manager promised a refund after 15 days still not received it and SONALI tries to act like there is no promise worst will be taking legal action.

I have Opted for there services and immediately they will demand money to book services. Once The customer pay them. The Curo Doc team will stop responding and will never refund customer money
