I opted for FPM's full concierge service. My PM background is not entirely traditional and the prospect of an audit was a concern. Tim was perfectly responsive the whole way through. I first made contact some months back, October I believe; it took me a while to pull the trigger. Tim offered information and advice right away, but was in no way pushy. Fast forward to late February when I decided to go all in. The background questionnaire took me about a day and a half to complete. Once submitted, Tim got to work immediately. He had a few clarifying questions and then had my application ready to submit in less than 24 hours. It took the PMI about three business days to conduct their review and accept my application. All that's left is the test. FPM provided a wonderful service I would not hesitate to recommend to anybody. Thanks Tim!
