I went on their website to purchase concert tickets with the understanding that they were going to be cheaper than buying from Ticketmaster, which is who they actually get their tickets from, and the next day when Ticketmaster did go on sale my tickets were 80% more than getting them from Ticketmaster. Of course I can't get a refund and I won't be able to get my tickets until 2 days before the show to try and resell them. DONT BUY FROM TICKETS AT WORK until you check everything else first.

If you buy tickets through our "Preferred Access" section the price can be higher or lower than the actual price on the voucher. It is even on the website in that section as these tickets comes from various sellers and brokers. You are more than welcome to provide us an order number to look into this matter as well. We can always contact the broker if needed. Thank You.
