This company has the worst customer service! They falsely advertised a product and when I went to return it they refused to refund my insurance charge. They sent the wrong item so it should be refunded! That's not all, they NEVER answer any email you send. I actually tried to cancel the insurance charge shortly after ordering but….they ignore their emails. I've sent repeated emails and there hasn't been one reply. So, I wrote a review on Trustpilot and they tried to flag my review to get it removed. They said I was lying and didn't believe anything I said in my review. I had to provide documentation to Trustpilot to keep my review up and thankfully Trustpilot kept the review up. Also, since they don't answer emails I try to contact them through their online chat which took forever to get anyone connected to chat with. I mean hours! Then when I do get someone to respond it to over an HOUR for them to basically tell me to go to the company's return form….it took 10 minutes in between each question I asked to get a reply. They weren't helpful at all. So, they shipped an incorrect item and kept the insurance charge. They called be a liar and tried to get my review removed. They don't answer their emails so I had to use their online chat which is a joke. What kind of company charges you for insurance anyway?
