We encourage sellers to accurately list their items, and in cases that a buyer feels it was not accurately described they can file a misrepresentation claim within 4 days of delivery.
Returns take approximately 5-7 days to process once the item is delivered to Tradesy HQ. Our Returns and Authentication Team will carefully review your item and then send a detailed email once it's complete.
