I ordered Rattan Garden Furniture and the sum of £179-00 was taken out of my account in June. I contacted them by e-mail to ask if the furniture was being sent soon and they replied by saying that my voucher had expired and they could offer me a credit voucher as a good will gesture. Good Will Gesture? I explained that I did not have any vouchers to redeem and that I had paid the amount in full. Now they say that I can have a credit voucher to redeem with them but not the furniture, but I did not want anything more to do with them. I explained that I simply wanted my money refunded and would not trust them again and that this seems like a scam. Guess what! NO REPLY
