I was booking a flight online and could not get seat assignments. So I called "customer service" ha! They booked flight on the phone and told me that as soon as we booked flight I would get an email and I could pick seats then. Could not. I called and they charged me 75.00 a ticket to cancel the flight. Within fifteen minutes of buying flight. On top of it not one person spoke english or cared about the customer. Just got screwed
