I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and paid £92. When it arrived it was too big and didn't hang correctly at the front. The dress looked NOTHING like the picture shown on the website. I emailed customer services but they offered me a refund of £9! Please don't waste your money and buy from these crooks! I have contacted Trading Standards to get their website removed - they should not be allowed to trade.
