The service is good, the particular phone I have is difficult to use and often will not wake up. I use it once a week to call someone as well as have someone call me. It is very slow to respond although I keep it charged. I probably need to upgrade to a better PHONE but that would ruin the whole idea of FREE life line service. It IS just for emergency anyway. But I always appreciate the QLinkWireless service for providing this phone at all! THANK YOU~
