I dreaded contacting this company about repairing the valve on a backpack sprayer I'd had for years but only used a half dozen times. Once I did, though, everything worked out and thanks to phone support, I got a $200 sprayer fixed for $6. I'm thrilled. Thanks guys!
The fellows on the phone were real problem solvers, willing to figure out what was going on and make sure I bought the right parts and only the right parts.
I wish there were free shipping at a lower level, like $200. Otherwise a good experience, especially with your customer service by phone.
