Totally incompetent, not only did Dorothy Perkins send me out the wrong size but they even managed to send out the same wrong size twice. Two trips to return the item is enough for me. They are totally incapable and are likely to go under anytime soon.

Tip for consumers:
Don't shop online with Dorothy Perkins
