I guess I learned a $12.95 lesson to read ALL terms & conditions before signing up for anything ever again. I'm very disappointed at the way this company operates.

We're so sorry to hear about the confusion regarding our membership fee. I'd love to help explain how our service works.

We offer all new users a free trial and an introductory bonus for signing up with us. We are a subscription service, and on the sign up page, directly above where users insert their credit card information, it states that if you do not cancel your account during your trial period and choose to continue your membership, you will be subject to our monthly membership fee of $12.97. These terms must be agreed to before successfully signing up with us and they are reiterated in the welcome email we send to every new member.
