I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews on here. Perhaps it's the location? I live in the Tampa Bay area and get my groceries via Instacart from Publix. I use them quite often and occasionally there is an error however every time Instacart rectified the situation. They offer me a redelivery or a credit to my Instacart account or my credit card. Today I had a really bad situation where more than half my order was wrong. The woman replaced a lot of my items with much different items and more expensive items. I contacted Instacart and got an immediate response. They asked if I'd like to have it redelivered. I said I didn't have time for that. So they offered to credit my Insta cart account or my credit card. I literally only paid for three small items. They just gave me the rest. I got to keep steak, Boarshead pastrami etc. I paid 8.43 for the entire order. So basically I got my order free for the inconvenience. I'd say that's excellent service. And I use them often and they're always helpful and respectful. I could not be happier with them. So maybe it is location.
