I had a friend I referred to the site and he was "intuitive". He had asked me on another site to be his first reading on this site. At the end of the reading, I had no further questions and waited to see if he was done. An administrator determined to tell me I waited too long, and send me follow up emails from the site email, to my personal email. They were lengthy. Later having spoken with my friend he said the admin contacted him in PM "freaking out" about how long it was taking me to respond at the end, and he told the admin it was no big deal.
