I had a friend I referred to the site and he was "intuitive". He had asked me on another site to be his first reading on this site. At the end of the reading, I had no further questions and waited to see if he was done. An administrator determined to tell me I waited too long, and send me follow up emails from the site email, to my personal email. They were lengthy.
