Microwave purchased in Oct 2023 stopped working within 3 months. Samsung customer service assigned ticket to 3 different repair companies. All cancelled all the appointments. Total of 8 appointments. 3 of which I took off work for. Two Samsung reps accused me of canceling the appts. Some of them are the rudest customer servie reps I have ever en encountered. I believe their goal is to wear you down so you give up. Ine told me they would replace it and on said he was requesting a replacement. The next person told me they never said that. One employee called the repair services e and made the appointment for me. The next rep said he never did that. Again worst experience and Microwave I'd still broke.
