I requested repair realized it was the wrong device was in the phone and chat with them for 2 hours nothing resolved but they are quick to charge you for it I just needed it cancelled all together and refunded but no they aren't even competent enough to do that don't waste your time if you want any type of professional help they suck I'll just have to dispute with my bank I guess

Microwave purchased in Oct 2023 stopped working within 3 months. Samsung customer service assigned ticket to 3 different repair companies. All cancelled all the appointments. Total of 8 appointments. 3 of which I took off work for. Two Samsung reps accused me of canceling the appts. Some of them are the rudest customer servie reps I have ever en encountered. I believe their goal is to wear you down so you give up. Ine told me they would replace it and on said he was requesting a replacement. The next person told me they never said that. One employee called the repair services e and made the appointment for me. The next rep said he never did that. Again worst experience and Microwave I'd still broke.

My Samsung fold 2 has been away for 12 days now being repaired through no fault of my own the phone just started to look like there was ink all over the screen
I was told it would take up to 10 days to be repaired but they are now saying another week which means it will have been gone 19 days NOT ACCEPTICAL for a £1649. 00 phone i asked for a loan phone but they said no terrible customer service i will have to think twice before using Samsung again in the future maybe time to move to a more reliable provider

Notice the words customer service are not mentioned anywhere? Because there is none. Taking over an hour to try to product a service ticket. Still Not done.
Mohammed Yes out of the country. Tried telling me that my 1 year warranty is expired. Not sure what year time zone he is in but today is 9-17-23. My purchase is 10-17-22. Delivery date 10-21-22.
That's not even a year.

Practically a scam charge as much as the repair as the phone cost. They will put down water damage as the issue with your phone even if there's not just so they don't have to cover you under warranty. I have formally had the phone checked out at other places and they said there was no water damage but a motherboard failure

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is no excuse with warranty and insurance that I should have to send in a non working phone before getting a new one. Samsung is giving me the runaround and does not eat to take responsibility or honor their product.

I am builder and I have bought over 200 Samsung appliances. The product is as unreliable as the company. Called the Samsung customer service and they will tell you "I am sorry" every 5 minutes and you will never anything done. Among many issues, I have a refrigerator that has a cooling problem. Samsung sent a repair person and they deem the appliance unfixable. Samsung Insist that I find a repair person that can fix it.

Tip for consumers:
Know if you buy Samsung appliances, you can not count on them to take responsibility for their products

Send my new samsung to get fix o check cause having some issues I call twice ATT and samsung the specific said go to ups with the code they will package everything and send it to us.ok cool get what I received my phone today and the case the was with it but no my sim-card tray and Sim card.how in the world you gonna send the phone with Sim card o the tray.call again and the said they gonna put a claim and see if they can send it.really? Why? I should receive my cellphone same way I send it with everything on it I can't believe this we talking g about a cellphone they im still paying and not cheap phone.calling back and forth for the next weeks with same issues.no the apoen a ticket and now still waiting it suck cause I'm still paying for my phone and insurance separately and still dealing with all this BS and no phone.and I using a back up phone now the said the can't so the claim cause it show phones is no been use?of course not cause im using a back up phone.

I sent a Galaxy S21 ultra in to have the motherboard replaced. The service center is only 25 miles from my house after receiving it they called and gave me an estimate and I authorized the repair. After 3 or 4 weeks I started calling and talked to them about 4 or 5 times and they could never tell me where my phone was or what was going on. After 5 weeks they still could not tell me anything so I requested that they just cancel the repair and send my phone back to me. I am still waiting to receive the unrepaired phone. I was a contractor for almost 50 years before I retired and if I did customer service like this I would've been out of business 49 years ago. I'm sorry to leave a negative review because I usually like to recognize people that do good work but I'm sorry I cannot do that in this situation. I have Samsung phones appliances and tablets. Sad to say this will make a major major Impact on future purchases.

Samsung has known about the software problem for quite some time and they've done nothing about it. Is it a way for you to go in and buy another $1000 phone. The $1000 phone. I think so. When I used the voice command to text it double types were it double types words and sentences. It takes forever to. It takes forever to correct. I can't even get a new phone at a new phone because the software problem was because the software problem will be on that phone also. This is what my phone has been doing for months. Everyone has tried to fix it, but it is software the comes from Samsung. They have to send out update to fix problem. COME ON SAMSUNG..

Worst company you can ever buy a refrigerator from my refrigerator has been broken for over a month and I have a one year old and They keep sending technicians to my house to fix it and after a month they closed out my ticket without fixing it and now they want to open a new ticket. Do not purchase any Samsung products they are the worst company to deal with they have no compassion or care about you or your family. All they care about is their bottom dollar. Take my advice and do not buy Samsung products especially when it comes to kitchen products. I will post this on every forum I can find Because they have made my life a living hell and still they won't do anything about it. And it was a $4000 fridge non the less. And the repair guys are out to make money so why would they fix the problem quickly! Again it's been a month that my family has not had a fridge! I have Proof of purchase, I just choose not to put my receipt with my credit card info on this website

I called Samsung about a damaged device. I was on the phone with a female rep for an hour and completely explained my problem with the phone. The rep told me that the phone is under warranty and there would be no charge to fix it... it would take about a week. She sent me an email to print the shipping label and I mailed the phone to the service center. A week goes and I get a email saying that the price is being changed from free to $150.46. I called Samsung to find out why and am now being told that the problem is not covered, that the 1st rep gave me the wrong information, and that if I want the phone fixed that I would have to pay $150.46. This is unprofessional! BAIT & SWITCH tactics to charge unsuspecting customers and piss poor service. I talked to customer service and 2 supervisors who apologized but did nothing. Bottom line... pay. DO NOT EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT OF ANY TYPE. I know I will never buy their products again.

They need to be reported to consumer protection. They are the worst! I've had 3 items that needed service after one year, and each time, calls into the service center were painfully wasteful. There are no authorized service centers within 300 miles, and the call center techs use a script that they must read. It takes forever for them to even begin to attempt to help. For items like my phone, which intermittently stopped charging and powering on at all for 5 days, I thought it was a battery that turned itself off to prevent overheating. Since there were no independent service techs that could get a replacement battery, I had to send in the phone to Samsung. Obviously, I wasn't going to send in a phone with all my data, so I had to do a factory re-set, and mail it in. They couldn't replicate the problem. REALLY? You have a phone running with no data that won't cause overheating, so it won't overheat? So you send it back with no battery replacement? I bought an unlocked phone replacement on Ebay, because, what good is a phone that randomly goes out for 5 days before it can be re-started. That unrepaired Samsung phone is sitting in a box until I pay it off through AT&T to qualify for a new model (Apple, here I come). Then, for my Samsung dishwasher, it stopped washing dishes on the bottom rack. They gave me an independent repair service to call -- it was for a battery shop! Not for a dishwasher repair center. They are terrible. They have no business selling their products in the US
