I have been a customer for ProductReportCard for years and able to complete surveys and redeem points but lately I have found that I get all the way to the end of a survey after spending 20 minutes to get a message I don't qualify or I have already taken the survey when I haven't. Now over the last several weeks I am finding errors in surveys half way through that prevent you from completing them. I report the issue and get a standard message that they are working on it and I will be emailed when available. This is a total waste of my time!
