“Very poor shipping and delivery process”

I placed an order on 93/2019 and it finally shipped on 9/11/2019. Estimated delivery 9/19/2019. I paid for shipping! Very poor performance and the contact with the customer service was dissatisfying. I will take my future business to WEBS. They understand quick shipping
