It's HORRIBLE, STILL have NOT heard back from them and am getting the run around. My idiot prepaid debit card company seems just as useless as all they could offer was an "investigation" into the problem but unless this make believe Ed Hardy joint releases the funds BACK to my credit card, I think I'm screwed.
