I received a 20% off email from Birchlane and, as I am about to be purchasing a lot of things for a new home, I got pretty excited. I scrolled through all their products and found them to have a very thorough and varied product inventory. I easily found what I wanted and needed for my new home and had a long list of products in my shopping cart. However, when I went to check out and use the 20% off coupon code, not one single thing in my cart "qualified" for the discount. I went back to the email they sent to read the fine print and it did indicate the 20% off was on some sale items. However, they do not indicate WHICH sale items. Some of the items in my cart were, indeed, on sale but yet did not qualify for the discount. I found that both deceitful and frustrating, as I had spent a long, long time shopping on the site and formulating my shopping cart. So, while I love their products, be sure to not fall into the trap of the discount sales!

Your new site is so much more difficult to use - NOT user-friendly. I've been on this site for years and now, all of a sudden, I'm having so many problems with it INCLUDING the fact that it logs me in just fine but then nothing shows up on the site.
