As per their email, I was supposed to get a refund of 371 INR after cancelling my flights. They stopped replying to my emails reference number **************. I started then creating and raising new tickets queries and look what the are replying and advising me to reply on the original thread reference only so that they can work precisely.
Deep Kalra's team is sleeping in the office and they are saying that they are working precisely, It only happens when you copy paste the reply without a thought. Just check the meaning of the of word ''PRECISE'' in dictionary
