In September I signed up for a birthday special. Just looked at my visa and the automatically took out $39.99 without my permission. I had signed up for the birthday special in the past and this didn't happen. I believe that this is fraud. Beware!
As stated in our Terms of Use and twice on the upgrade page when you had initially signed up, all of our subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. This is a setting you can edit at any point after upgrading in your Account & Settings page by selecting the Downgrade option.
