Please can you help me i am getting no response and am getting very frustrated.
I ordered a pair of shoes way over 2 months ago and they still have not arrived.

When i try to track my shoes the traking tells me they left China in the 1st May and that is it.

Please can you give me some indication of when i am going to receive them or give me a refund because the time this is taking to get here is not accecptable and the fact that i cannot even track my parcel or get any reasurance that is coming is not acceptable either.
I wanted these shoes for winter and it will be summer here again soon.

I was planning on buying lots more from your site but with service like this i will have to shop somewhere else.

Your assistance with this will be much appreciated.
