They have send the refund and made good my loss. After the initial struggles they made good my losses. I will definitely purchase from them if they show this kind of attitude. But definitely they need to improve their direct customer relation support to avoid this kind of frustration. Anyway thumps up to these jollychic to make sure customers are getting sastified.
One of the worst experience i had ever in my lifetime on an online transaction. They have shown something on the website and when you order one thing they are supplying something else. Please keep away from this guys
