I placed an order for two sconces on Wednesday, 5/30 because of their same day shipping or get $50 claim in hopes of receiving the lights ASAP. I called customer service one week later because I hadn't receive any information about shipment. I waited for over 25 minutes and the only information they could give me was that they would email shipping information in two days. I get shipping information two days later on 6/2 thinking the lights would be sent soon, but the shipping status has not been updated and it's been 4 days already.
Beware of their same day shipping or get $50 claim. It's deceiving! Yes, I received my $50 credit but I still don't have any lights.
Also, I've emailed Bailey Street Home SEVERAL times and they have not responded. And their customer service phone line always has a very long wait.
I WOULD NOT recommend that you order from Bailey Street Home. Horrible experience.
