Ordered new headlights for my F150 and once they were installed, noticed that one of the bulbs was faulty and didn't turn on. No problem we thought, just send them back and they will send us a new set. 2 months going back and forth with customer service nothing has been done.
One rep actually did this to me: "Manufacturer needs a picture of the lights installed to show that you actually tried it"... Picture sent... "Manufacturer states that installing the lights voids the warranty, there is nothing we can do to help
