Well, the program works, but if you need tech support for ANY issue - forget it - they will ghost you. The first time I needed support a couple of years ago, I had to submit a request five times before they responded. This time, I submitted a request three times, over a week ago, and NOTHING. Their tech support is non existant. There are now free versions of this type software that will do the same thing. I've switched to the free version of Winx MediaTrans. There's one nag screen with the free version, but it works.
