Ordered parts online. Nice website and free shipping. Unfortunately the parts did not fit. Contacted customer service who sent a return label after advising a cost for returning items. Sent the items back per instructions and then waited, and waited and finally after 29 days from them receiving the items back (according to the Post office tracking) I called to ask what the hold was. No explanation given. Refund finally made, minus the return shipping costs after 32 days from them receiving items back. I do not feel their return policy and efficiency equals the normal return environment in today's online shopping.
