They charged my credit card when ordered verses when shipped. This missed their delivery date and did not provide a new delivery date. Contacted them multiple times without response. The one thing they did right was refunded my money when asked without issues. For a company that is suppose to be in delivery they are a far cry from Amazon and how they keep you informed on the status of your order. I understand COVID-19, but there is no excuse for not providing accurate status on order and charging your CC before shipping!
