Worst group of admins ever! I paid for several packages. Did not receive the items... Sent two emails which went unanswered. Watched for staff online but never saw anyone. Resorted to a paypal dispute to get their attention so I could get my packages... Their response was to ban me from the server and deny a refund.
Escalated my dispute to a claim... PayPal gave them about a week to respond, and surprise surprise they didn't respond, so I won my claim and received a refund.
STAY AWAY! If you must play, don't give them any money!
