I have been in close touch with the admins of the group that runs this site, as well as the other members for more than a year, i can tell you with all honesty that they are good people, you might want to be prepared for some mild doses of adult language when you talk to them though, as many of the members are at least 15 years old, all in all i love this community, and i shall continue to speak of their goodwill as long as it is "good"
Worst group of admins ever! I paid for several packages. Did not receive the items... Sent two emails which went unanswered. Watched for staff online but never saw anyone. Resorted to a paypal dispute to get their attention so I could get my packages... Their response was to ban me from the server and deny a refund. Escalated my dispute to a claim... PayPal gave them about a week to respond, and surprise surprise they didn't respond, so I won my claim and received a refund. STAY AWAY! If you must play, don't give them any money!

Server is great, but customer service is awful. I was accidentally charged twice for same service -- no biggie, these things happen. But I was shocked to see how irresponsible, unreasonable, illogical this server's admin is, down to banning me from server simply because I dared to ask him via PayPal for a refund of the duplicate charge. That's vengeful and scary. So enjoy this great server -- just be extra careful if it involves any exchange of money
This community is full of SCAMMERS they make it there pride to take thousands of dollars from kids lots of reports have been done on this site scamming kids from there money and making charges somehow in people names. Not the community your would want your kids in.
