I purchased a photo album from B&H on May 13th. It is now June 27th and I still do not have the album. B&H is still offering the photo album for sale with a 2-4 week delivery time frame. I paid with PayPal on May 13th. B&H took my money on May 13th. I still don't have the Photo Album and they have had my money since May 13th. There Customer Service stinks. They have no idea when I am going to receive the photo album. I finally told them to cancel the order and return my money which they have not done yet. I could have purchased the same album elsewhere. I thought B&H was reputable but apparently they aren't!

We are sorry the ETA provided to us by the vendor has turned out to be over-confident and appreciate your patience. Unfortunately there is no in-stock direct replacement or alternate for the Pioneer photo album cover you ordered. We get ETA information from our vendors so when it is inaccurate or unavailable, it is the vendor, not B&H, which is responsible for the lapse. You may want to ask customer service to change your payment method to a credit card in which case we would refund the current payment and not charge your card until the item actually ships. -- Henry Posner / B&H Photo-Video
