I have been shopping on Chewy for years and they always go above and beyond. The shipping is always on time and everything always comes in tact. The one time a bag of dog food came ripped they told me to keep it and sent another one that arrived 2 days later. Recently my dog decided to just stop eating the food he has eaten for 7 years, right after I ordered him a new $40 bag. I emailed Chewy and they asked me to donate the bag of food and refunded me immediately. A few years ago when I ordered a dog bed that was too small for my large Golden Retriever, same thing, they asked me to donate it and refunded me immediately. I order from them monthly and will continue to for as long as I have pets.
Tip for consumers:
This store is great, they remember your animals names and are always there to help. The refund policy is fantastic, they truly do care about your pets. I always make sure to spend over $50 so I get the free shipping, it really makes it worth it.
