I purchased some boots for my wife for her birthday. I purchased them a month before the big day to ensure that I would get the right size, delivery, etc. I gave the boots to my wife, but they were too tall for her liking and wanted to return them or exchange. I contacted Nine West to learn that they only over a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. With supply chains in their current state, who can buy from this company? Tone Deaf... Lost customer..
Tip for consumers:
Find another retailer who will provide better refund security for online purchasing. 30 day return policy for Christmas is ridiculous.
