A month ago they delivered a prepaid refrigerator that had two dents in the door. They assured us a new door would be promptly delivered and a technician would install it. It's been a month and nothing. Very difficult to get through to them and then they put us on hold and disconnect us. They say they'll look into it, but we have yet to receive a call back.
