I bought an a/c compressor and dryer on August 9th. The dryer was the incorrect part. When I called customer service a few days later they said I would need to send a picture of the part numbers that where sent to me. This information was clearly on the order form etc. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the person hung up the phone on me.
I have since sent all requested pictures since they have not responded to any communications with customer service. It is now late September and I still have received nothing from them about correcting this error on their part.
I could attempt to return everything but am uncertain whether I would receive a refund.
Extremely poor business practices and handling of a simple issue.
I am now stuck with the additional cost of buying the right part elsewhere.
