Website is sluggish, and error prone, and my orders are often "lost in the mail" when choosing the expedited UPS option. Order protection from Route is a total joke. Please get rid of it. Outsourcing your customer care is horrible.
Because it's fast, reliable and for some reason the only place that can read my prescription correctly without error!
