Service sucked your system would not process my order even though when I placed got text from CC that amount was on my card and pending. Service associate was terrible and would not help at all kept saying it was my fault for not entering info right total jerk. Did customer service fit over 20 years will NEVER use your equipment again

Thought this was great as I needed a new bed and they gave me credit. That was delivered on time everything was fine first payment was good second payment I made with a credit card they said it failed and put my account in collections I have proof the credit card payment posted to my account yet they didn't update their system I'm still receiving collection notices even though my account has been paid on time every payment. This place is a scam this was the worst decision I've made I'm going to see if I can take a loan out to pay this off as I will never deal with these people again
