We bought a LG model LFCS22520S in November of 2019. French doors and bottom freezer. The end of May 2020 we heard a Pop sound in the kitchen and an hour later we noticed the refrigerator wasn't working.I called LG customer service and talked to a rep. explaining our problem. She advised she would find a repairman in our area and send them out. Four days later with no response from anyone I called LG back and was told the person I spoke with earlier didn't put the correct information in the computer. He was very helpful and stated he would get things going, after being placed on hold for quite some time he stated he was unable to reach a repair company in my area but gave me the phone number and said I could try to contact them myself and if I did I could call LG back and have them generate a work order. I did callthe repair shop and explained my situation and they said they would send someone the next day. They did come the next day and said the electronic board was bad. Today is June 22nd and we still don't have a working refrigerator. I will absolutely NEVER buy another LG product again. JUNK !!!!!!!!
