I have been wanting to get an electric kettle for a while now, and thanks to English Tea Store, I was able to get one with no fuss and with plenty of time to spare! I was expecing it to take a few weeks, but it arrived in a few days. I didn't even have to contact customer service!

I found this site while looking for a movie called Summer Lovers. After the experience I had, I wouldn't go near these guys again if they paid me to. I got an email saying that my movie was out of stock, and when I tried calling the "customer service" line (what a joke!), all I got were automated menus telling me to go here and there. I finally hung up in disgust and went online to cancel my membership, which was ALSO through another site, BestBrandValues.com. If people are smart, they'll avoid this site like a bad case of the plague.
