Tried to purchase a bracelet for my niece. THEIR website was down and it took a couple of times for the transaction to go through. It finally went through and I received a email the next day that the transaction was canceled due to fraud which it wasn't! When I call to ask if they can resend it, the lady told me no and there was nothing they can do. Worst customer service ever! Don't ever buy from them!
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Online fraud is devastating to a small jewelry business like ours. When we receive orders where the credit card billing address does not match, we sometimes ask for further proof of identification, this happens in less than 2% of the orders we receive.
