I am first time customer to this company and have been less than pleased so far. My order arrived damaged and I tried for days to reach the company after waiting on hold 20 -30 minutes and being told that I am next in line was then sent to leave a message? WHAT? I left 2 different messages with no response! I then sent an email about how disappointed I am with this company and that I wanted to send everything back. After 3 days I finally received and email from someone named * with no apology about the damaged products or apology at all. Only sent me a label to send it back. I sent the products back and it shows that they received them 3 days ago and yet I still have not received a refund? I have sent 2 additional emails asking where my refund is with no response! I have of course tried to call customer service again and it goes to a busy signal then disconnects... HORRIBLE COMPANY!
