Yesstyle use Yodel, a notoriously terrible delivery company and charged me for delivery and the discount amount of the items I bought, even though I never received them.
Yodel left an unhelpful slip of paper giving me no details of when they had arrived or where the package had gone or how to contact the courier.
Yesstyle maintained that I was liable to pay. You are better off buying Korean skincare from other website.
Concerning beingo charged for the amount that each item was discounted despite never receiving it. To quote Yesstyle's terms: "please understand if you order a product and apply a percentage discount coupon, and for any reason you receive a refund for the product, the refund will reflect the original product price minus the discount percentage"
