The worse rip off I have ever experienced in my entire life! So many hidden charges at the end of the service.
Pick-up address on the booking was wrong. We had to walk for ages in 38 degrees to pick-up the car, once we got there there was a sign saying that they had moved to the other side of town. We had to walk for miles and miles to the other address. Once we got there we were told that they had informed Rentalcars.com of the moving but nobody told us. This was a very bad start to our holiday and someone must take responsibility for this.
