“Shipping mistake, but good customer service”

Sent me the wrong pump, but could not turn around and ship me the replacement quickly enough, so refunded me expedited shipping fees.
I had ordered this with 1 day ship, but because of the intervening week-end I ended up getting the pump I wanted 5 days late.
VERY pleasant interaction with customer service. 5 stars for that.
