The shop looked like a German storefront to me, where you can expect things like free returns should a piece of clothing not be a good fit. Not so here: returns to Slovac Republic, please pay your own shipping. So while everything looks "native" for buyers, it seems to be a drop shipping ops where you can get lucky if the stuff fits - or in my case where it absolutely did not - you can send it back for a significant postage fee. Another clue for drop shipping was the label or the parcel when it arrived: looked like it came straight from China.
Hello Stefan,
Thank you for taking a few minutes to provide your feedback!
It sounds like our products did not meet your expectations and that the overall experience with our company left something to be desired. First of all, we would like to apologize for the trouble we caused you!
Just so you know: We always offer free exchanges and would be happy to send you a better-fitting pair of pants at no additional cost to you. And you don't have to return the pants you already received.
Regarding returns, although we can and do offer free shipping and exchange to our customers, we could not afford to pay for the return shipping in addition to everything else.
As for our return center, our European return center is indeed located in Slovakia. In the future, we would love to have a return center in every country we ship to, but right now it's hardly feasible for us as a small company.
Hopefully one of our staff has already helped you with the exchange/return process. However, if this is not the case, please contact me at eva@swatpants.com. I would be happy to help you myself.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Eva
