Been on hold for 45 minutes with Rosalyn at hp to get a battery replaced for the laptop
Asked for a supervisor 25 minutes ago and Also asked for the number of the battery
Still on hold with Rosalyn at hp getting jerked around
I simply need the number of the battery for the laptop
I've never been jerked around by a large company until now
Very unimpressed with the customer service from Rosalyn at hp
This conversation should have been 5 minutes not 48 minutes with out a answer
